The International Hospital Federation has extended the nomination deadline to May 3 for its 2024 awards honoring excellence in hospitals and health care organizations around the world.

The AHA鈥檚 Institute for Diversity and Health Equity seeks applicants and host sites through Feb. 4 for its Summer Enrichment Program, which pairs graduate students studying health care or a related field with a health care organization.
The deadline to apply for the Executive Certificate in Diversity and Health Equity, a 10-month fellowship managed by AHA鈥檚 Institute for Diversity and Health Equity, has been extended to Jan. 12.
This annual fellowship is a unique opportunity to be paired with an executive-level mentor who will guide you through the planning and execution of a year-long transformation project at your hospital or health system.
AHA is accepting applications through Nov. 13 for its 2024 Dick Davidson NOVA Award, which will recognize up to five member hospitals and health systems for their collaborative efforts to create healthier communities through health care, economic or social initiatives.
The Dr. Lorna Breen Heroes鈥 Foundation Sept. 20 recognized 25 state medical boards for changing invasive and stigmatizing mental health questions in their licensing applications, a 47% increase from last year, and 12 health systems (including 75 hospitals and 59 urgent care centers) for making鈥
