Defendant Alex M. Azar, in his official capacity as Secretary of Health and Human Services (鈥淗HS鈥), respectfully submits this Reply in support of Defendant鈥檚 opposed motion to extend his time to respond to Plaintiffs鈥 proposed non-deadline remedies for the Medicare appeals backlog. See ECF. No. 83鈥
Plaintiffs oppose the Department of Health and Human Services鈥檚 (HHS) motion for a six-week extension to file its response to Plaintiffs鈥 remedy proposals. HHS asserts that the extension is necessary primarily to compile additional data from the end of the most recent fiscal quarter. But the Court鈥
