He鈥檒l show how the admission process, inpatient management, and discharge planning can be assisted in a timely fashion by using evidence-based clinical decision support. Dr. Yeh will share examples of the admission checklist criteria for a patient with an upper gastrointestinal bleed, inpatient management considerations for a patient with pulmonary embolism (PE), and discharge planning for a patient with hypertensive crisis. &nbsp;</p>
