The Fort Myers Police Department (FMPD) in Florida wanted to thank health care workers on the front lines of the pandemic in a big way. To show appreciation, police officers arranged their cruisers in the shape of a heart in the outside parking lot of . Through the flickering lights, officers held up letters inside the heart spelling "FMPD Thanks You." "We appreciate each of the hard-working medical professionals and wanted to simply say ‘thank you.' It was a pretty amazing and personal turnout, and we couldn't be more proud to work side by side with you, Lee Health," the FMPD posted on its , along with a video and photos of the moment.
