Sentara Healthcare has Phillip Jackson president of Sentara Albemarle Medical Center in Elizabeth City, N.C., effective Nov. 30. He most recently served as vice president at Erlanger Health System and CEO of both Erlanger East and Erlanger North hospitals in Chattanooga, Tenn.
