The Coalition to Strengthen America’s Healthcare Sept. 9 released a new advertisement, which can be seen on television and digital outlets. The ad draws the distinction between hospitals and health systems providing 24/7 care to patients, while corporate health insurers often delay needed care while increasing their profits. It will run on cable and broadcast channels in Washington, D.C. throughout September and will run on national cable beginning the week of Sept. 16, and can be seen on MSNBC, Fox and CNN. At the same time, the Coalition is also resuming its digital ad, which discusses how hospitals and health systems go the extra mile to provide 24/7 quality health care to patients, families and communities. The AHA is a founding member of the coalition.
