CDC study finds low rates of COVID-19, flu and RSV vaccinations in adultsÂ
A CDC released Dec. 21 found low COVID-19 and flu vaccination coverage for most adults, and low RSV vaccination coverage for adults aged 60 and older. Antiviral treatments are also being underused, and COVID-19 rebound can happen whether patients receive any, the study said. Among other findings, the report said that most nursing home residents have not received an updated COVID-19 vaccine or RSV vaccine for residents aged 60 and older using shared clinical decision-making.
