The Oklahoma Hospital Association recently  as its new president effective June 1 Rich Rasmussen, who most recently served as president and CEO of the Montana Hospital Association. Rasmussen replaces Patti Davis, who will retire in June after four decades in the hospital field. He has over 30 years of health care leadership experience, including at the Florida Hospital Association.

鈥淭he board is confident that Rich is a tremendous choice to lead the organization,鈥 said Tammy Powell, OHA board chair and president of SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital - Oklahoma City. 鈥淗e brings an extensive record of accomplishment in Montana and Florida, and a vision and deep understanding of health policy. His leadership experience will bring new skills and approaches to the association鈥檚 mission of meeting the health care needs of Oklahomans. We want to build on the success of Patti鈥檚 exceptional and invaluable leadership over the past five years.鈥
