Florida association launches relief fund to aid displaced hospital workers

The Florida Hospital Association Research and Education Foundation has established a to provide immediate financial support to hospital employees displaced by Hurricane Ian.
鈥淗urricane Ian left a path of destruction throughout Florida,鈥 the FHA webpage notes. 鈥淲e are incredibly proud of the resiliency and strengths of endurance demonstrated by our hospitals and their staff before, during, and in the storm鈥檚 aftermath. Many hospital staff may have suffered incredible losses; and we recognize that our hospital colleagues, staff, families, friends, and communities face a long road to rebuilding.鈥
