AHA Chair-elect Haupert praises field鈥檚 efforts on innovation

AHA Chair-elect John Haupert, president and CEO of Grady Health System in Atlanta, yesterday kicked off the Summit鈥檚 afternoon plenary session praising the field鈥檚 continuing innovating during the pandemic to improve health, outcomes and quality. 鈥淥ur field is a鈥痯owerful leader, a force for good, in harnessing the new digital tools and technologies鈥痶hat are changing our society so rapidly,鈥 Haupert said. 鈥淎nd we鈥檒l maintain that innovative spirit and continue to transform care delivery by focusing on improving quality and outcomes, patient experience and ensuring better health for all.鈥
