HHS establishing new office to address environmental justice issues

The Department of Health and Human Services yesterday announced it is establishing an . The OEJ will sit within the Office of Climate Change and Health Equity and act 鈥渢o better protect the health of disadvantaged communities and vulnerable populations on the frontlines of pollution and other environmental health issues.鈥
