The Health Resources and Services Administration has the deadline for health care providers who received Provider Relief Fund payments exceeding $10,000 total between July 1 and Dec. 31, 2020, and missed the March 31 deadline to report to on how they used those funds to request an extenuating circumstances extension. The original deadline to request an exception was May 13.
