The AHA will present 2021 Awards of Honor April 25 to Anthony Fauci, M.D., for his tireless efforts to educate and counsel health care providers and the public during the COVID-19 pandemic, and to the American Nurses Association and American Medical Association for their valuable leadership and collaboration with AHA on advocacy and communications during the pandemic.  

National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Director Fauci, ANA Enterprise CEO Loressa Cole, and AMA President Gerald Harmon, M.D., will receive the awards during a ceremony at the in Washington, D.C. Fauci also will participate in the meeting’s .
