USDA awards $43 million in ARPA rural health care grantsÂ
The Department of Agriculture yesterday awarded in grants to help rural hospitals and health care providers implement telehealth and nutrition assistance programs, increase staffing to administer COVID-19 vaccines and testing, build or renovate facilities and purchase medical supplies. The grants are the first awards from $475 million in authorized by the American Rescue Plan Act.
