HRSA awards $103 million to promote health care worker resilience
The Health Resources and Services Administration yesterday awarded totaling $103 million from the American Rescue Plan Act to help health care providers and health professions schools implement evidence-based training and strategies to promote mental health, wellness and resilience in the health care workforce.
鈥淭oday鈥檚 awards will provide new tools to help support our health professionals鈥 resilience as they continue to face the stress and challenges of responding to COVID-19 and other health care needs and provide high quality care,鈥 HRSA Administrator Carole Johnson.
