The Campaign for Sustainable Rx Pricing (CSRxP), of which the AHA is a founding member, today launched new television and encouraging policymakers to hold brand name drug companies accountable. The ads, part of CSRxP’s , will target Washington, D.C. and 10 states, including Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Georgia, New Hampshire, New Jersey and West Virginia.

“Policymakers in Washington promised the American people action to lower prescription drug prices and hold Big Pharma accountable,” said CSRxP Executive Director Lauren Aronson. “The millions of Americans who cannot afford their medications as a result of Big Pharma’s egregious price hikes, that continued during the pandemic, are counting on promises made to become promises kept.”
