FDA updates device shortage list during COVID-19 public health emergency

The Food and Drug Administration last month added to its several device types, along with clarifying notes and resource links.
The list now includes pipette tips and micro pipettes in the testing supplies and equipment category; changes also were made to the categories and grouped items. FDA said it will continue to update the list as the COVID-19 public health emergency persists.
