DOL issues FAQs on employer provisions in Families First Coronavirus Response Act
The Department of Labor March 28 released a set of , which included information on how it defines “health care provider” and “emergency responder” under policies established by the Families First Coronavirus Response Act.
The definitions provided align with the AHA request that the department account for the broad range of health care workers who make care possible. See the AHA Special Bulletin for more information on this issue.
