Anne Arundel Medical Center receives Carolyn Boone Lewis Equity of Care Award

Anne Arundel Medical Center of Annapolis, Md., received the 2019 Carolyn Boone Lewis Equity of Care Award for its efforts to provide equitable care and reduce health inequalities. Atrium Health in Charlotte, N.C.; Northwell Health in New Hyde Park, N.Y.; Rush University Medical Center in Chicago; and Sutter Health in Sacramento, Calif., also were honored for their efforts to reduce health care inequities and advance diversity and inclusion.
