Participate in IFDHE’s internship program and advance the diversity pipeline

Hospitals, health systems and other health care organizations can sign up this week to host an intern for this year's Institute for Diversity and Health Equity's Summer Enrichment Program. The SEP begins in June and runs through August. The SEP is a 10-week, paid, full-time internship that provides diverse graduate students and early-career professionals with training and mentoring from an experienced health care leader, as well as experiential learning and networking that exposes them to the inner workings of health care organizations and the field. Since its inception in 1994, more than 1,500 students have participated in the SEP, many of whom now hold senior leadership and board positions at organizations across the country.
