HHS extends deadline to recommend innovation summit participants

The Department of Health and Human Services has to Oct. 12 the deadline to recommend health care leaders to participate in HHS Deputy Secretary Eric Hargan鈥檚 Innovation and Investment Summit. Announced last month, the summit will meet quarterly over the next year to discuss emerging opportunities and how the government can facilitate and accelerate health care innovation. The public may recommend participants by emailing DeputySecretary@HHS.gov with the subject line 鈥淒SIIS Recommendation.鈥 For more information, see the .
