Reminder: 'Take Back Day' Saturday for unused prescription drugs
Oct. 28 is , which aims to help the public safely dispose of unwanted or expired prescription pills at sites throughout the country. Since 2010, the Drug Enforcement Administration event has collected more than 8.1 million pounds of pills, including opioid and other medications susceptible to diversion or misuse.
