CMS extends comment deadline for SNF advance notice of proposed rulemaking

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services yesterday  the comment period for its on potential options the agency may consider for revising the existing skilled nursing facility payment system. The original June 26 comment deadline was extended through Aug. 25. For more on the advance notice of proposed rulemaking, see the AHA Regulatory Advisory for members.
