HHS updates HealthCare.gov enrollment estimate
Nearly 7.3 million consumers selected or were re-enrolled in a health plan through HealthCare.gov between Nov. 15 and Jan. 23, according to released yesterday by the Department of Health and Human Services. About 137,000 people signed up last week. The data includes 37 states using the HealthCare.gov platform. Open enrollment in the Health Insurance Marketplace runs through Feb. 15.
