Dr. Rahul Koranne and Dr. Peter Henry will discuss the statewide data-led action framework that healthcare systems across Minnesota launched in 2016 to combat burnout, lessons learned and the outcomes this model is achieving across the state. They will review the statewide action framework as well as how one healthcare system is utilizing this improvement model to reduce health professional burnout.
Rahul Koranne, M.D., MBA, FACP serves as the chief medical officer of the Minnesota Hospital Association and is a practicing internist. Peter Henry, M.D. serves as the chief medical officer of Essentia Health, a large integrated delivery network in the upper Midwest and is a practicing ED physician.
