In today's rapidly-paced and increasingly more complex health care environments, effective teamwork and collaboration skills are more crucial than ever. Planning team training implementations in health care, however, can be challenging. This webinar covers step-by-step implementation plans for TeamSTEPPS integration in three important areas: interprofessional education (IPE), long term care facilities, and hospital nurse residency orientation programs. Viewers will gain tools and strategies that operationalize TeamSTEPPS constructs throughout the presentation that they may consider using in their future TeamSTEPPS integrations. Presenters also share the collaborative process involved in each area and the lessons learned on the journey. The presenters on this webinar will be Laura Goliat, DNP, RN, FNP-BC, Associate Professor, Regina Prosser, DNP, RN-BC, CNE, LNHA, Assistant Professor, RN-BSN Program Coordinator and Patricia A. Sharpnack, DNP, RN, CNE, NEA-BC, ANEF, Dean and Strawbridge Professor, The Breen School of Nursing, Ursuline College.
