The recorded webinar aims to strengthen collaboration in health care by helping teams understand and leverage each other鈥檚 skills, compensate for gaps, solve problems together, and make decisions needed to formulate and carry out plans for quality patient care. Coaching tips on relationship building, conflict resolution styles, and emotional intelligence are also reviewed.
At the conclusion of this webinar, attendees will learn how to:
- Identify coaching skills for applying infection prevention and control strategies.
- Define strategies to enhance a team approach in the clinical setting.
- Verbalize the goal of IPC in practice from the greater goal of the healthcare organization.
