Health Care Equity and Organizational Change: Training for a Purpose
This HPOE webinar, held with the , highlights Henry Ford Health System, which was recognized as a finalist for the for innovative and strategic methods for providing training to employees on issues of health care equity and culturally appropriate care. Through HFHS's health care equity campaign and subsequent health care equity initiatives, HFHS focuses on building capacity and expertise among health system leaders in order to raise awareness and provide tools to improve organizational cultural competence.
